How UTASHealth Works

Register with Your Student ID

Create your account using your UTAS student index number. Your identity is verified against the university MIS.

Access Your Health Dashboard

Book an Appointment

Choose your preferred date and time. The clinic staff will confirm your slot and prepare for your visit.

Visit & Get Recorded

At the clinic, your UTASHealth Card is scanned. After your visit, notes and results are added to your portal automatically.

About UTASHealth

Built to Solve a Real Problem

Every year, hundreds of incoming students at University of Technology and Applied Sciences complete their freshers' medical screening - only to never receive their results. UTASHealth was built to fix this, and more.

Developed specifically for UTAS, it digitizes the university clinic's operations and gives every student a secure, personal health portal - integrated with the existing UTAS student MIS via REST API.

The UTASHealth Card

Your Digital Health ID

Every registered student receives a UTASHealth Card - a QR-coded health identity card unique to them. When you visit the clinic, staff simply scan your QR code to instantly load your complete medical profile.

No forms, no searching paper files. Your card can also be stored on your phone and shown digitally at the clinic counter.
